We do not collect online payments directly on our Website, we do not create user accounts, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

We will only send marketing messages if you opt-in. All service messages (appointment confirmations) are transactional.

• Business Operations: If we work with subcontractors or disposal facilities to complete a job (with your consent), we only share necessary service details (name, address, job scope). 6. Service Area Notice

Sheets Outdoor Services, LLC proudly serves Pennsylvania clients only at this time — Washington County, PA and surrounding counties. We are expanding to West Virginia and Ohio, but services in WV/OH will be offered ONLY after foreign registration and licensing is complete. Information submitted from outside our current service area may be retained to contact you when expansion is complete, or may not be retained.

7. Data Retention

We keep contact and service information only as long as needed to provide services and maintain business records — typically up to 3 years after your last service, or 7 years for invoices/tax records as required by law, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Estimates that do not convert to jobs are deleted after 90 days unless you request follow-up.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction or deletion of your information;
• Opt-out of marketing emails at any time via unsubscribe link;

• Object to certain processing.
